ContrastAnything

This script will Contrast anything in the same manner as ContrastProteinLists, but the input files do not have to be DB-Proteins.txt files. The only requirements are: 1) each file to be contrasted must have the same number of columns, and 2) the first column in each file should be a unique identifier (i.e. the gene name). To run:

/data/6/jrjohns1/perlscripts/ContrastAnything input_file1.txt input_file2.txt ... output_file.txt
