DeBunker
From Mswiki
DeBunker is a phosphorylation validation program.
To run DeBunker, follow the following steps.
1. ssh to Grunt (ssh grunt.scripps.edu);
2. cd to the directory where your data is located. You should have the following files in your working directory:
- DTASelect-filter.txt
- All the MS2 files
3. Type the command "debunker.pl &" (The & sign is to instruct the program to be run in the background. The Perl program will call two Java programs to carry out the phosphorylation validation task);
4. The program might take a few hours to run, depending on how many phosphorylation are there in your dataset;
5. After the program is done, you will get the file "debunk-out.txt" in your working directory. You can open the file using Excel.
